Aftersales Warranty Policy
If the product does not work properly during the warranty period, please email us at support for after-sales service. Your email should contain a valid purchase order number or any other proof of purchase. sdkehui will try to analyze and solve your problem through online service. If the problem cannot be solved through remotely, you may need to send the product to sdkehui's local repair center. If the problem occurs within the warranty period, sdkehui will repair or replace the product and provide after-sales service for free.
Customers must contact our store within 14 days of the original order date if an order arrives damaged or includes the wrong product(s). We will credit your account with a refund after our warehouse receives your non-perishable drinkware or wearables. If an error was made, if you are not happy with the coffee, or if you received a damaged product, please get in touch with us so we can make it right.

· Products or parts whose original identification information has been modified, altered, or removed;
· Products or parts of which you cannot provide a valid receipt or any other documents that can prove the warranty status;
· Failure or damage caused by using of software that is illegally authorized, non-standard or not publicly available;
· Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues due to the use of unauthorized third-party parts;
· Failure or damage caused by virus infection, hacker attacks, or other malicious infringements;
· Failure or damage caused by force majeure or accidents;
· Damage that occurs during its transit back for repair;
· Other failure or damage not caused by the quality of the product;
· Products that can operate uninterruptedly or without errors.
Sdkehui does not assume responsibility for the issues above. If you run into the issues above, contact relevant parties for solutions.
· During the provision of after-sales service, sdkehui will cover the loss of product only when it assumes the responsibility for transit and repair.
· UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL XTOOLBE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE SDKEHUI’S PRODUCTS, HOWEVER, CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF SDKEHUI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We hope you're delighted with your order. We understand that sometimes you would like a refund or a replacement. As long as an item fits the requirements in this policy, we will offer the service for you.

· At this point, we will try to cancel your order and give you a refund.
· Please DO NOT open a chargeback, otherwise, the bank will charge you a handling fee. This will also prolong the refund process.

We will help you with your return or replacement process as soon as possible.
· The product must fit the Conditions of Return and Replacement below. You may need to pay a service fee and the shipping cost.
You can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods purchased (or the last good, lot or piece if it relates to goods or multiple lots or pieces delivered separately).

We will communicate an acknowledgment of receipt to you by email.

· The returned machine shall have not lasered more than 50 times.

· All products, packages, and materials must be intact. Please keep the original packing box in case you need to send back the products, or it might impact on the progress of return.

Products priced above £ 1500 have a warranty period of 24 months;
Products priced above £ 2000 have a 2-year warranty period;
Products with a total order price exceeding £ 5000 are eligible for lifetime warranty;
Generally, you will receive a refund within 10 working days after the Shopify support team approves it;

· Failure or damage is caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage, such as:

· Use the product for illegal purposes;
· improper plugging or unplugging of external devices;

· exposure to improper temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, water intrusion, etc;
· infestation of insects and rodents or intrusion of foreign objects resulting in the breakage, dust, damage of the product or parts
(such as housing, components, wiring, etc.), etc.
· Failure or damage is caused by any installation, repair, alteration, addition or disassembly by agencies or personnel who are not authorized by Sdkehui.
· Modification, alteration or removal of the original identification information of the product or components.
· Damage is caused by uncontrollable external events (fire, flood, strong wind or thunderstorm).
· The product received fails to be sent back to Sdkehui within seven (7) calendar days after Sdkehui confirms the replacement request.
